Welcome to kindergarten! I'm excited to be your teacher this year. I can't wait to get to know you, but thought I would share a little bit about me. I grew up not too far from here in South Saint Paul where my passion for education began. My family enjoys cheering on all our Minnesota sports teams. When I am not at school, I like to spend my time crafting or playing games with my family and friends. I love the fall weather because it is perfect for bonfires and crunching leaves. Remember this quote by Magda Gerber, "Childhood is not a race to see how quickly a child can read, write, and count. It is a small window of time to learn and develop at the pace that is right for each individual child. Earlier is not better."
