Families may come to Achieve during spring break week to pick up meals and the learning materials they will need for distance learning starting on April 6th. Pick up is available every day during break (March 30-April 3) between 7:30-11:30 am and 4:00-6:00 pm.
In an effort to minimize contact between people in this time of caution, we will implement the following process for picking up materials:
Pull your vehicle up in front of the building. Please stay in your vehicle.
A staff member will come to your vehicle to find out what you need. They will ask which students you need materials for, whether or not you would like meals for your families, and how many meals you need.
Staff members inside the building will bring your items out to your vehicle. They will either place the items in your trunk if you are able to open it without leaving your vehicle or they will place the items on the curb for you to pick up and place in your vehicle.
Chromebooks will also be available starting on Monday afternoon. Families needing those devices will be given a copy of a waiver which describes proper use of the Chromebook. By accepting the Chromebook, you are agreeing to the terms of the waiver. Internet hotspots are not yet available, but families will be notified when they are. Chromebooks will be handed out based on the guidelines below:
Families with 1-2 school age children = 1 Chromebook
Families with 3-5 school age children = 2 Chromebooks
Families with 5+ school age children = 3 Chromebooks
Meals are available for any children under age 18, whether or not they attend Achieve. Families can pick up 3 days worth of meals each time they pick up.
Note: Beginning April 6th, meal pick up will move to 8:00-10:00am and 4:00-6:00pm on Mondays and Thursdays only. Families will still be able to pick up meals for 3 days at a time. Meal pick up will be curbside only. The front office will be open from 8:00-12:00 each day for questions.
